Being part of the team member in HCB APAC regulatory, the Registration Specialist is responsible for cosmetic registration/notification projects under the leadership of GCN regulatory manager:

?To be responsible for cosmetic registration/notification.
負(fù)責(zé)化妝品注冊/備案事宜。
?Manage, compile and maintain cosmetic registration dossier, and ensure timely regulatory submission upon internal review and approval.
管理、編制和維護(hù)化妝品注冊卷宗，確保在內(nèi)部審核和批準(zhǔn)后及時(shí)完成提交。
?Review and approve product formulas, labels and advertisement materials for compliance with local legislation.

?Properly maintain and update all regulatory documentation and archiving system.

?Maintain good communication with regulatory agencies/institutes on product registration/notification, including but not limited to regulatory inquiries, review committee meetings, sample testing to facilitate and expedite regulatory approvals.

Who we are looking for

?Minimum 1-2 years Regulatory Affairs experience in cosmetic company in China.
有1-2年中國化妝品公司的法規(guī)注冊備案事務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline. General knowledge in Chemistry or Biology at undergraduate level is preferred.
理工科或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。 具有化學(xué)或生物知識(shí)的本科優(yōu)先。
?Proficient in oral and writing in both Chinese and English.
中英文口語和書寫熟練。
?Good communication, coordination and administration skills.
良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和管理能力。
