Areas of responsibilities職責(zé)范圍:
To work with local and other GBS H2R team to guarantee high-quality and timely personnel lifecycle services work of SHVS
與當?shù)丶捌渌鸊BS H2R團隊合作,保證SHVS提供高質(zhì)量和及時的人力資源全流程服務(wù)
Data maintenance in HR related systems as HR required根據(jù)HR需求,維護人力資源相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)
Payroll related responsibilities incl. data collection, salary report checking, payment support etc. 與工資相關(guān)的職責(zé),包括數(shù)據(jù)收集,核算工資,付款支持等
C&B information related reports and employee master data reports. 薪酬福利相關(guān)報告和員工主數(shù)據(jù)報告
Monthly social insurance and housing fund support每月社會保險和住房公積金的工作
Company benefit support, like EA, SMP, Commercial Insurance etc. 公司福利支持,如企業(yè)年金,股票,商業(yè)保險等。
Attendance Management考勤管理
Flexible Working Hours application 特殊工時申請
Audit (tax/finance) Support 審計(稅務(wù)/財務(wù))支持
Provide contract/certificate management services according to SOP requirement根據(jù)SOP要求簽署員工合同,開具證明文件
Support of residence permit and Hukou application 居住證及落戶事宜辦理
Business report requirements提供業(yè)務(wù)部門要求的報告
Employee daily inquiry handling and follow up處理員工日常問詢并及時回復(fù)并跟蹤問題處理的狀態(tài)
Education and Experience教育及經(jīng)驗:
Bachelor’s degree or above, CET-4 above本科及以上學(xué)歷,英語四級以上
2-3 HR related HR operation working experience, exceptionally for payroll related experience 2-3年人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,薪資相關(guān)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
A good team player with customer service mindset具有良好的團隊合作精神和客戶服務(wù)意識
Result-oriented結(jié)果導(dǎo)向思維
Good communication skill良好的溝通能力
Competence and Knowledge能力:
Technologies/Methodologies/Professional Knowledge技術(shù)/方法/專業(yè)知識
Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications熟練運用微軟辦公軟件,包括內(nèi)部網(wǎng)/互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和人力資源相關(guān)的應(yīng)用
Business knowledge: Understand organizational culture/ structure; work experience in major international company業(yè)務(wù)知識: 了解組織文化/結(jié)構(gòu);有大型跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗
Location specific HR related regulations了解當?shù)靥囟ǖ娜肆Y源相關(guān)規(guī)定
Knowledge of country-specifics within HR (Shared services) 具備相關(guān)國家人力資源的知識(共享服務(wù))
